Star Tribune Article on Piper Stepping Down as Pastor

Rose French of the Star Tribune published a short article on the occasion of John Piper preaching his last sermon as Senior Pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church.  It’s a little bit of a hit job at times, but not without some interesting commentary (and a few good quotes from long-time BBC member Char Ransom).  Eric Evans wrote Ms. French a letter in response.

Thanks for posting a link to my letter of response to Rose French. My wife and I have been members at Bethlehem for the past three years and have been so blessed by Pastor John’s preaching. It has been precisely his preaching that has liberated me and emboldened me to write Ms. French in the first place. Grace and peace to you, Mr. Chediak.
